Instead of creating service packages, I have created an hourly price package to make things simple and there is a max hourly rate for residential service so you know for sure that you don't go over budget.

If I come to your place and I am there for 30 minutes or less, you will only pay $35! This covers my travelling cost and time.

If I am there for 1 hour, you will pay $75

If I am there for 2 hours, you will pay $140

If I am there for 3 hours you will pay $175

If I am there for 4 hours you will pay $250

If I have to work on your computer over 1 hour then there is generally a problem with your computer and we will have a discussion on what route you want to go with your computer repair.

I will give you the option to have me keep working on your computer at your location or I will give you the option to negoiate a better price if I take your computer to my location to work on. If you choose the latter option you will pay for my 1 hour plus negotiated price.

** If your computer requires parts, you will be responsible for paying upfront for the part plus a $15 travel fee. I will discuss this with you before purchasing any parts.
